How to measure the chest

Raise your arms slightly and using a tape measure, measure around the chest area ensuring you cross over your shoulder blades and the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

The chest measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; Coats & Jackets, Shirts, T-Shirts & Polos, Sweatshirts & Hoodies, Knitwear as well as Women’s specific items such as Dresses.

How to measure your neck

Place the tape measure around your neck leaving enough room to feel comfortable. The neck measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; Shirts.

How to measure your waist

Place a tape measure around your waist or where trousers would normally sit on your hips. The waist measurement should give you a good indication of your correct size for items such as; Shorts & Trousers and Women’s specific items such as Skirts.
